This highly polished sphere was fabricated in four months from 10 gauge type 304 stainless steel. The sphere is 3.65 metres in diameter, weighs approximately one tonne and is mounted in a 7.9 metre diameter pool.

Some of the other pics I took, I did definitely notice at the time, that my reflection was apparent from up close So I took this one while crouching down just enough to hide behind the tiny bushes, so I don't appear in the sphere. Good eye!
