I think the angle you've chosen is great. I'm not so sure about the head being chopped off but I suppose that adds to the effect. :-)
I'm also not sure about chopping him below the nose, but I like the witty title for the pose. Great B&W work too! Well done.

I think the top one is great. The half head might be a bit weird, but overall, I like it a lot.
